Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, conduit benders, blueprints, and electrical testing instruments is essential, as is active membership in a local IBEW union. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills help electricians collaborate effectively and resolve issues on job sites. These abilities ensure safe, reliable installation and maintenance of electrical systems while upholding industry standards and client expectations.
