Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and help keep daily business operations running smoothly. Reporting directly to ownership, this role serves as a trusted partner who can seamlessly shift between administrative duties, office coordination, project support, and special assignments.

No two days are the same. One day may involve coordinating onboarding paperwork or organizing files, while the next could include researching vendors, assisting with company projects, preparing documents, or helping facilitate unique business initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable wearing many hats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership.
  • Coordinate office organization, supplies, and general administrative functions.
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, printing, and record management.
  • Support portions of the employee onboarding process and administrative HR tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendars as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and miscellaneous business initiatives.
  • Help manage online listings or administrative tasks related to company assets and projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office support, or similar experience.
