Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Inside Sales + Graphic Design Preferred)

We’re a fast-growing screen printing company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers while supporting daily operations.
What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Assist with inside sales—responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up with customers
  • Communicate with clients to understand their design and order needs
  • Coordinate orders with production to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Help manage emails, scheduling, and general office tasks
What We’re Looking For:

  • Meticulous attention to detail: Must have exceptional attention to detail. The ability to catch errors before quotes are sent or jobs reach production is critical. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
