Summary
Part-time Assistant for General Affairs Department.
Responsibilities
  • Help keep the office tidy and organized - periodically lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs.
  • Check the whole office space and report any unusual conditions (broken, hazardous, and/or dirty) to the Office Supervisor.
  • Collect mails from a mailbox, sort, and deliver mails to recipients.
  • Email/post pictures of mail pieces to recipients if necessary
  • Check voicemails daily and more as necessary.
  • Deliver the messages to recipients.
  • Check office supply stocks for workspace, meeting rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and common space.
  • Order short items and refill them to the applicable locations.
Qualifications
  • Able to work in Irvine office 5 days (M-F) a week, 4 hours a day.
  • Work hours are 9-1 or 9:30-1:30 or 10-2
  • Able to drive automobile
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs
