Job description

As Closed Loop evolves and expands our full-funnel digital capabilities, we are seeking a Digital Advertising Coordinator - Ad Operations to join our growing and innovative team. This role is accountable for supporting Digital Advertising Managers while further developing their advertising and client management skills.
The mission of Ad Operations is to transform strategy into flawless execution by ensuring campaigns, tracking, taxonomy, creative assets, and platform configurations are built accurately, efficiently, and consistently across all accounts. Ad Operations serves as the bridge between strategy and execution. The role is responsible for maintaining operational excellence across clients so that media teams can focus on planning, optimization, client relationships, and growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Assists Digital Ad Managers in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns in alignment with planned media strategy and objectives across multiple clients.
  • The Ad Ops Coordinator will be hands-on in multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, StackAdapt, MNTN, DV360, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms in accordance with approved media plans and strategies.
  • Supports Digital Ad Managers with monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and QA of campaigns. As needed, provide reporting support.
  • QAs and tests creatives and ads before launching, verifying all ad units are functioning properly, and reporting correctly on internal ad servers
  • Builds campaigns in adherence to the approved taxonomy structure, and collaborates with Digital Ad Managers to enhance the taxonomy as needed to ensure clean and thorough reporting.
  • Owns updating internal mapping document with all tags and their specifications to share with Digital Ad Managers.
  • Diligently audits spend pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on track and on budget, promptly raising issues to Digital Ad Managers.
  • Ensures accurate measurement of campaigns by monitoring and QAing floodlights, pixels, and tracked events.
  • Is consistently curious and inquisitive - learn how platforms work and bring questions and ideas to the Digital Advertising team to help maximize campaigns' effectiveness.
  • Regularly and consistently interacts with the Digital Advertising team with clear, concise communications.
  • Researches and stays abreast of trends in advertising, especially as pertains to clients' industries and verticals.

What You'll Have:
  • 3+ years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals. B2B experience and/or agency experience is a big plus.
  • 1+ year managing lead generation partners
  • Hands-on experience with multiple social advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
  • Experience managing ALL facets of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience making effective pitches/presentations to key decision makers,
  • Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and presentation.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000/year, DOE.
