Relevant du directeur - Soutien ventes secteur prive, vous serez responsable de la gestion des operations et de la performance de votre equipe. A ce titre, vous contribuerez activement a l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires en assurant l'efficacite operationnelle, la qualite du service et la conformite des activites de soutien aux ventes, notamment pour repondre aux besoins des partenaires externes en matiere de renouvellements, de modifications en cours de contrat, de terminaisons et d'autres demandes administratives.

Vous veillerez a l'optimisation des processus et au respect des normes de service, tout en soutenant votre equipe afin d'offrir une experience coherente et de qualite aux partenaires et aux equipes de ventes.

Vous vous realiserez dans les fonctions suivantes:

  • Mobiliser et developper les employes sous sa responsabilite, dans une approche axee sur le coaching et le developpement des competences.

  • Planifier, organiser et superviser le travail de son equipe, en tenant compte des horaires, des conges, des absences et des besoins operationnels.

  • Evaluer la performance individuelle et collective, fixer des objectifs clairs et assurer un suivi continu.

  • Assumer un role de personne-ressource dans la gestion des situations complexes, en analysant les demandes des partenaires et en fournissant des solutions adaptees ainsi qu'un soutien aux equipes.

  • Assurer une gestion rigoureuse des demandes provenant de nos partenaires en s'appuyant sur des indicateurs de performance (KPI) lies aux delais de service, a la qualite et aux normes de service.

  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes de ventes, d'actuariat et les partenaires internes afin d'assurer un soutien aligne avec les priorites et objectifs de la VP - Ventes et experience partenaires.

  • Agir a titre d'agent de changement afin d'accompagner dans les transformationsorganisationnelles et operationnelles.

  • Contribuer aux projets d'affaires et aux initiatives transversales, tout en agissant comme point de reference et facilitateur pour les equipes concernees.

  • Participer activement a l'amelioration continue des processus, en identifiant des opportunites d'optimisation visant a accroitre l'efficacite operationnelle et l'experience partenaire.

  • Realiser tout mandat ponctuel a la demande du gestionnaire.

Vos talents et vos qualifications:

  • Diplome d'etudes universitaires dans une discipline pertinente

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'experience pertinente dont 2 ans en assurance collective

  • Maitrise de la langue francaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, ainsi qu'une maitrise avancee de la langue anglaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en raison de la nature des taches ou d'interactions avec des collegues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de repondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.

Reporting to the Director - Sales Support Private Sector, you will be responsible for managing operations and the performance of your team. In this role, you will actively contribute to achieving business objectives by ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance of sales support activities, particularly to meet the needs of external partners regarding renewals, mid-term contract changes, terminations, and other administrative requests.

You will ensure process optimization and adherence to service standards, while supporting your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to partners and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage, coach, and develop employees under your supervision, using a coaching and competency development approach.

  • Plan, organize, and oversee team workload, taking into account schedules, vacations, absences, and operational needs.

  • Assess individual and team performance, set clear objectives, and ensure ongoing follow-up.

  • Act as a resource person in managing complex situations by analyzing partner requests, providing tailored solutions, and supporting teams.

  • Ensure rigorous management of partner requests based on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service timelines, quality, and service standards.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, actuarial teams, and internal partners to ensure support aligned with the priorities and objectives of the VP - Sales and Partner Experience.

  • Act as a change agent to support organizational and operational transformations.

  • Contribute to business projects and cross-functional initiatives, acting as a point of reference and facilitator for the teams involved.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes by identifying optimization opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and partner experience.

  • Perform related tasks as assigned by the manager.

What We're Looking For

  • University degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in group insurance.

  • Strong proficiency in French, both oral and written, as well as advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the role and interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to support the company's growth objectives.
