Salary range (but not limited to):

101,800 - 124,400

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role

Welcome to the Intact Lab Product and Design team! Our talented group - a mix of product, design and data practitioners - shape IFC's digital transformation and AI innovation. Together, we conceive, build, and optimize experiences that delight users, drive growth, and deliver outperformance. Our focus spans the enterprise: from apps to bots, through distribution and claims, we elevate journeys and embed AI across channels and operations.

As a Strategy and Operations Coordinator, you will report to the 'Vice-President, Product and Design - Digital and AI' and work alongside their team of Directors, assisting with portfolio governance, strategic initiatives and management support.

What you'll do here:

  • Coordinate governance activities and portfolio planning

  • Assist VP with producing engaging presentations

  • Execute ad hoc strategic assignments and research initiatives

  • Curate industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and customer insights

  • Own and organize the management intranet

  • Document, execute, and follow up on action items

What you bring to the table:

  • 5 years experience working in digital operations, product management or a similar field

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders

  • Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working autonomously

  • Highly empathetic, inclusive and team player

  • Bilingualism (French and English) - Need to interact regularly with colleagues from across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
