Job description

As an Ad Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of Ads By Money. Your expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing ad units and widgets will directly support the team's growth and performance. Working alongside talented colleagues across departments, you'll collaborate on innovative projects and contribute to team-based revenue and P&L targets. This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic and results-driven team where your contributions truly matter.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ad unit creation and management, as well as quality assurance
  • Build solutions and processes to improve ad unit efficiency
  • Interpret data, then manage and communicate results to internal teams to further grow opportunities with existing and new partners
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments across the company (like Sales and Dev) to drive the business forward
  • - Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner (policy, account setup, performance, and more)
  • Develop a deep understanding of our internal systems to better serve internal and external stakeholders
  • Among other responsibilities related to the position

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operational processes, digital marketing, advertising, or media.
  • Excellent organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to learning, problem-solving, risk-taking, and the ability to give and receive feedback.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Good to have:
  • Experience/ knowledge of Online Advertising, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and ability to optimize the consumer journey.
