Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Ad Operations Specialist in Miami, FL. Preference is for candidates who can work in the Miami office on a hybrid schedule, but they are open to remote for the right fit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage digital ad campaigns within ad platforms
* Work with ad operations systems, including troubleshooting and fixing issues (e.g., URL macros, conversions)
* Communicate with clients primarily via Slack and email
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in campaign execution
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6 months to 2 years in ad operations or a related digital marketing environment preferred
* Experience with digital ad platforms and campaign management
* Strong analytical and math skills
* Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets
* High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
* Comfort with technology, browsers, and digital tools
* Effective written communication
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
