Are you passionate about creating delicious dishes and leading a kitchen team? Sloopy's Diner, a beloved eatery in Columbus, OH, is looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary family. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for bringing out the best in your team, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs our Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Overseeing food preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
- Managing inventory and ensuring proper food storage.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen that meets health and safety standards.
- Contributing to menu planning and recipe development.
