The Sous Chef plays a key role in supporting the Executive Chef by overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, and managing kitchen staff. This role requires hands-on involvement in food preparation, menu planning, and maintaining kitchen safety, while also contributing to recipe development and cost control. The Sous Chef works closely with the team and uses culinary software and inventory systems to streamline operations and support efficient kitchen management.

Responsibilities
