We also have a plumbing business in Nevada.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

Schedule Needing to be filled:

Friday-Tuesday (Friday, Monday and Tuesday 10:00am-7:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm)

Location: In office (NOT REMOTE) Henderson, NV 89015

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Scheduling and booking appointments in a timely manner, accordingly to urgency and restrictions. This includes rescheduling appointments if needed.
• Prioritizing an easy and successful route for our garage door technicians by gathering all information when booking calls.
• Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, or procedures.
• Addressing customer questions and resolving any concerns.
• Taking payments and guiding customers through financing options.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Need to be available to work on weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling appointments and data entry.
• Fast typing skills, proficient computer skills, and familiarity with standard office software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Self-starter, team player, and problem solver with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Quickbooks experience is a plus.
