Program Analyst PowerBI / Programmer Analyst 3

We are seeking a highly experienced PowerBI Program Analyst to work with our client’s data science team to build the visualization applications using ArcGIS and PowerBI platforms and also build internal applications using the PowerApps/Power automate platform.
**Local Richmond, VA candidates strongly preferred**
**At least 3 days/week onsite required**
**Assignment will be extended beyond 6/30/24, likely for 6-12+ months**
**Candidate will be responsible for purchasing parking through client's Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking**
Core responsibilities:
- Gain a broad understanding of the client’s innovation framework.
- Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS.
- Follow all applicable industry and client standards, processes, and Protocols.
- Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years programming experience in a high-level compiled language such as C#, C++, or Java.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and Dataverse. (Hard Requirement).
- Minimum of 5 years experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data.
- Minimum of 5 years experience using RESTful APIS.
- Other Software Knowledge: Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Datalakes and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experiences.
- Experience with Process mapping experience.
- Experience with Code Documentation.
- Experience writing requirements/Scope documents.
- Experience writing use-cases.
- Experience using architectural artifacts.
- Experience with interpreting solution architectures.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Customer focused collaboration.
- Ability to travel around the state as needed.
