Performance Analyst

Location: Houston, TX (onsite)

We're looking for a Performance Analyst to join our team. This role supports operational efficiency by analyzing driver performance data, identifying trends, and helping drive continuous improvement across the business.

What you'll do:

  • Build, maintain, and distribute performance reports
  • Analyze daily driver performance and identify trends and opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot/report inconsistencies
  • Partner with Operations Managers to share insights and recommend improvements
  • Support process and productivity enhancements
  • Assist with presentations, reporting, and special projects

What you'll bring:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Requirements:

  • Must live within 60 miles of Houston, TX and be able to work in-office
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)

Preferred:

  • Experience in transportation or logistics (fuel industry a plus)
  • Familiarity with Samsara or similar fleet management systems
