Job Summary:

Job Description

Deductions Analyst

We are seeking a Deductions Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in a CPG environment to support deduction management and resolution activities. This role will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving customer deductions while partnering cross-functionally with accounting, sales, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer deductions and chargebacks
  • Manage deductions related to pricing discrepancies, promotions/trade spend, returns, damages, shortages, and compliance penalties
  • Validate supporting documentation and ensure accurate account reconciliation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and reduce recurring deductions
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within internal systems

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of deductions or accounts receivable experience within a CPG environment
  • Experience handling trade promotions, pricing claims, and retailer compliance deductions
  • Hands-on experience with HighRadius and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
