Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with accounting, finance, and operational teams across international business units.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review reports for accuracy and completeness while identifying inconsistencies and resolving discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI (or Tableau), and data automation solutions.
  • Utilize analytics and process automation tools, including Alteryx or similar APA (Analytic Process Automation) platforms, to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance reporting quality, operational efficiency, and internal controls.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives involving finance, accounting, and international business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, business analysis, or operational finance.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
  • Experience with APA (Analytic Process Automation) tools such as Alteryx or Savant.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
