KREWE is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator, reporting to the Director of People & Projects, to help the People function operate more efficiently against strategic initiatives. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, a master of prioritization and is able to shift gears at a moment’s notice. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the People function through project management, document management, communication, training and enablement, and administrative tasks.
  • Partner with other People team functions, including talent acquisition and payroll, to manage projects efficiently; identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization. 
  • Effectively communicate project status; identify potential risk and propose solutions.
  • Develop relationships with the People team and key cross-functional partners.
  • Schedules and facilitates cross-functional meetings and internal enablement sessions. 
  • Manage the People team calendar and ensure adherence to milestones for timely project execution. 
  • Supports the preparation of presentations.
  • Supports with scheduling for key meetings and initiatives.
  • Fulfill occasional office management responsibilities, such as ordering supplies and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Work location headquarters: New Orleans 
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced work environment, as well as to work under pressure efficiently with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and good professional judgment.
  • Ability and desire to work in an ever changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. 
  • Experience with Google Drive. Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including using PIVOT tables, filtering and sorting, etc.
  • Strong relationship building skills; excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • 1-2 years proven human resources experience. 
  • Bachelors’ degree in relevant program.
  • Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Experience in or understanding of fashion accessories business is a plus.
