StoragePug is looking for a Product Specialist (Account Executive) who loves connecting with people and thrives in a customer-centric sales environment. You’ll join our sales team here in Knoxville.
You will be selling for the fastest growing provider of e-Commerce software in self storage.
This position is aimed towards individuals who have excelled in SaaS sales roles, but want to do sales in a more client-centric and buyer-friendly way. In this role you will help to discover, demo, and close “great” fit prospects.
The ideal candidate prefers working with a team (not a lone pug). You should have a grasp of inbound sales, a growth mindset, and a strong ability to take responsibility for your successes and failures.

Compensation Details:
- Base Salary: $60,000
- OTE (at quota year 1): $146,400
- OTE (fully ramped): $200,000 - $240,000
- Quota Attainment Measured: Monthly (uncapped)
- Commission Paid: Monthly
- Average Sales Cycle: 3 Months
- Average Contract Value: $10,000 - 20,000
- Average Time To Ramp: 3-6 Months
- Additional Compensation: Accelerator offered

- Types of Product: e-Commerce SaaS, Websites, Analytics, Lead Management
- Level Sold To: Owners, C-Suite, VP and Director Level, General Manager Level
- Target Industry: Self Storage
- Target Client: Small-to-Medium (1-20 facilities)
- Sales Territories: All of US
- Travel: 4-10 trips per year at conferences and visiting prospects
- Sales Methodologies: Inbound, Customer-Centric Selling, Value Selling

- Tools: HubSpot Academy, Loom, Zoom, Sales Demo Deck

What’s the day-to-day look like as an Account Executive (Product Specialist)? You will:
- Utilize and master provided sales enablement tools such as Hubspot CRM, Loom, and Zoom.
- Communicate with the Sales Development team and provide feedback on booked meetings.
- Meet with prospective clients via Zoom to learn more about them and their project to see what we would be able to help them achieve.
- Demonstrate how we’ve helped others achieve that goal, telling real customer stories while walking them through our platform.
- Collaborate with Onboarding and Client Success teams to ensure alignment across client expectations.

Where:
- This position will be located at our headquarters in Knoxville, TN. You’ll work with a close-knit team of dedicated salespeople, software engineers, and co-founders.
- This position will travel to four national self storage conferences per year. Going to additional regional conferences are optional but encouraged.
