Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the human resources department operates smoothly and efficiently, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Your responsibilities will include organizing training opportunities, onboarding new employees, administering employee benefits, and creating company HR policies. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player.

You are as well an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and financial tasks to support our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong math skills and attention to detail who is looking to contribute to the financial success of our company. Duties: - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Prepare and submit invoices - Assist with payroll management, including processing timesheets and maintaining employee records - Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities - Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements - Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions and maintain accurate records - Ensure compliance with financial concepts, accounting principles, and SOX regulations - Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues Experience: - Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role - Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles - Proficient in math and numerical analysis - Experience with payroll management and account reconciliation - Familiarity with financial services and account analysis - Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Quicken) is a plus - Understanding of SOX compliance requirements We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Familiar with Quickbooks online
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position as well accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
