We are hiring for an Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant to join our CSS International Team. This position is a remote role.

Job Description: CSS is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering high-quality service and cutting-edge solutions to CSS clients in the Oracle community. The Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant will work collaboratively with the project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions. The successful candidate will utilize in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Financials Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, and consults with clients to provide cost-effective solutions to client business scenarios

The Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant will focus on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of project implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Applications. The Functional Consultant is expected to have expertise in Oracle Financials Applications of both R12 and Cloud Financials. The successful candidate will have completed three or more end-to-end implementations in Cloud Financials. This individual will identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles.

Education and Experience Requirements:

·Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.

·Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration and manage the testing of procurement ERP solutions.

·Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements

·Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience, and MultiOrg / Multi-Currency experience

·Ability to write functional specifications based on user requirements.

· Ability to understand the Financials Domain.

The Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant will analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary. This position will gather business requirements through business process workshops, analyze, design, configure and develop solutions for Oracle Financial Applications. This position will require travel.
