Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound Inside Sales Manager to join our Inside Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed all new business generation, customer expansion, and revenue growth targets.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, high-investment initiative to build a high-performance sales culture at our Tampa, Florida location.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
  • Drive Team Performance and Accountability: Lead, motivate, and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets across new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion, monitoring performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate forecasting and timely opportunity closure.
  • Coach and Develop Modern Selling Talent: Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing training to the team, helping to develop their skills in digital engagement, solution-selling, and effective sales tactics to foster professional growth.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Strategy and Compliance: Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales Support teams to align sales strategies, streamline processes, support lead generation, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Management experience with a proven track record of success in leading and managing sales teams and a history of exceeding quota.
  • Strong knowledge of modern selling techniques, digital engagement, and social selling, with the proven ability to coach and lead a team in utilizing a digital presence to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Proven ability in effective leadership, coaching, and talent development, with the capability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly adapt to change, influence others, and build effective relationships with both internal business partners and external clients.
