Job description

Spectrum is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support, balancing employee needs with organizational goals and driving effective leadership. Your expertise will directly enhance workplace fairness and support key talent decisions that shape Spectrum’s continued success. Your work will be instrumental in building strong connections and supporting a thriving workplace.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Administer Spectrum policies consistently and communicate policy or procedure changes across assigned areas
  • Advise and counsel employees on workplace conflicts, performance matters and dispute resolution while managing employee relations and investigations
  • Oversee leave of absence programs, coordinate accommodations and support safety and workers’ compensation processes
  • Lead benefits enrollment meetings and deliver employee and supervisor training on policies, benefits and prevention topics
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and payroll entries for your client group while conducting audits and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Support bonus plans, merit processes, and reporting as well as participate in annual budget planning and HR committee initiatives
