We're hiring an Account Manager to join our growing Account Management division at EMARKETER (Insider Intelligence), the leading provider of research focused on digital transformation.

As an Account Manager, you will focus on ensuring customer success, retention and growth, while constantly looking for opportunities to broaden client relationships within some of our largest accounts. An Account Manager's client book is composed of the world's largest brands and media players. A successful Account Manager is a proactive problem solver with a dedication to client success and a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
      • Manage day to day relationships with portfolio of 30+ clients and develop account specific strategies
      • Establish strong relationships with key client contacts; build advocates through value-driven conversations and solutions
      • Maintain consistent level of client activity, specifically call volume and inbound/outbound to senior level client contacts
      • Establish clear value proposition that shows the impact of Insider Intelligence on client's business
      • Identify budget contributors and gain experience selling via a multi-threaded approach
      • Effectively negotiate contracts with a focus on growth
      • Consultative selling, which meets the needs of our business and clients
Desired Skills and Experience:
      • Full sales cycle Account Management experience
      • Dedication to client success with a proven track record for establishing value propositions which align with client's business needs and challenges
      • Eagerness to form multi-threaded relationships
      • Proven track record of quota attainment
      • Prior expertise in digital marketing, media and/or SaaS is preferred
Salary and Benefits:
      • Salary: $70,000-$80,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
      • Commission plan
