Our Eastside based client is looking for a Lead Payroll Supervisor. Candidate must have experience processing Union and Non-Union Payroll within the Construction industry and someone who possess strong leadership skills. The Lead Payroll Supervisor role consists of processing bi-weekly confidential in-house payroll and oversee and manage rate tables. A CPP and experience with UKG and Vista is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • All activities necessary to process bi-weekly confidential in-house administrative payroll for approximately 160 employees
  • Oversees administration of labor union contracts requirements
  • Regulatory reporting & compliance requirements including certified payroll reporting
  • Provide customer service support for payroll related issues
  • Maintain company documents and compliance filings as required
  • Complete payroll tax filings and other related duties as needed
  • Works closely with the Benefits & Compensation Specialist to complete the accounting functions of employee benefits, such as vision and wellness reimbursements, HSA, FSA and 401k contributions, LTD and life insurance premiums.
  • Support HR Dept for new hires / separations, federal reporting, and misc. duties as needed
