SALES JOB OPPORTUNITY

Spartan Renovations is seeking a motivated individual who would like to build a career in the ever-growing solar industry. We are a local New Orleans based company (located in Elmwood) that is growing rapidly. We want to add 2-3 more appointment setters to our team.

Your job will be to generate appointments for our Solar Closers. This is an entry level position, and with some success and experience, you could be promoted to the closer position.

Our most effective method for generating appointments has been door to door. We will train you, give you the tools necessary for your success. YOU WILL NOT BE SELLING SOLAR. You are simply talking to homeowners and setting appointments with anyone who is interested in lowering their monthly electric bill. It is a very simple process.

Example “Hi Mr/Mrs Homeowner, my name is __________ With Spartan Renovations. We have been in the neighborhood talking to homeowners who are interested in a lower monthly electric bill. We have some solar specialists that will be in the area over the next few days. When would be a good time for us to have one of our specialists to stop by and show you how you can lower and, in some cases, eliminate your monthly electric bill. There are no upfront costs, no installation costs, and our systems come with batteries to help protect you and your family from power outages.”

You would then fill out an appointment sheet with their name, phone number, address, and appointment time. You then get paid for the appointment. It is that simple.

We will train you on how to be effective with your time. Simple 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, and you could earn up to $2500 per week. Typical working hours are 1-7pm.
