Job Description

Swig is seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of our catering operations. The Catering Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of catering services for a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and weddings to private parties and community gatherings.

Event Coordination:

Consult with clients to customize menus, finalize event details, and address any concerns or special requests
Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including logistics, staffing, and vendor coordination
Ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining high standards of presentation and service

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff.
Schedule staff for events, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to labor budgets.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to ensure adherence to company standards.

Marketing and Sales Support:

Collaborate with marketing team to promote catering services through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
Assist with sales efforts by participating in client meetings, conducting tastings, and preparing proposals.
