Role Description The Catering Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in American Fork, UT. This position is responsible for generating and managing catering sales, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and securing bookings for events of varying sizes. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients on event needs, creating tailored catering packages, coordinating details with operations and culinary teams, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, following up on leads, attending on-site tastings or venue meetings, and ensuring smooth communication from initial contact through post-event review. The Catering Sales Specialist supports overall revenue growth and contributes to the guest experience by aligning sales commitments with execution capabilities.
