Must have 1 or more years experience with outbound telephone sales or appointment setting work. Must be comfortable with outbound calling to qualified prospects and be computer literate and type minimum of 30 words per minute.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their next vehicle. Assist our guests with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and their purchase interests.
• Manage incoming requests from potential customers via phone or internet, handling their concerns and questions as well as present them with the best solution to their needs.
• Assist guests by discussing vehicle terminology, ordering procedures, anticipated delays and any additional information needed to increase guest enthusiasm & satisfaction.
• Contact new and existing guests to discuss current offers.
• Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer relationships. Follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
• Actively listen to determine customer wants & needs.
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Help gauge effectiveness of advertising and marketing partners

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong organizational skills and patience
• Keyboard skills & comfort with computers
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation & drive to hit quotas and goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• General knowledge of vehicle equipment (Not required)
