Real Estate Assistant Coordinator

We’re looking for high-energy, organized and efficient teammates to add to our growing team!

Your role will mainly be to assist our Listing Coordinator, but there will be whole-team assistance as well. Part of the job will be working in-office preparing listing materials, helping organize the office, building listing and buyer guides and consultation packets, and coordinating schedules and vendors for appointments.

You’ll also work with the administrative team to manage the production and inventory of marketing materials and needed office supplies.

Our ideal candidate is SUPER organized, has high-level communication skills, a knack for client experience/customer service, a strong mindset, and a great work ethic.

Compensation: $25 hourly + fuel reimbursement

• Print, copy, prepare, and stock marketing materials, client consultation booklets, and market analysis packets
• Create, print, and organize flyers, placards, signage and key boxes
• Assist Listing and Contract Coordinators and Team Leaders
• Drive and install signage and all printed marketing materials to listings around the Pacific Northwest, mostly Snohomish and King County
• Participate and contribute to the coordination & execution of regular Team and Client Events
• Schedule necessary appointments, including open houses and walk-throughs
• Deliver white-glove service to clients and teammates
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills with tasks and knowledge in the real estate industry

• Drivers license, auto insurance, and operational vehicle + clean driving record
• Tech-savvy with Google Suite and Social Media
• Great written, text, email + verbal communication skills
• Positive, contribution-focused, growth mindset
