Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Regional Field Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing all single-family residential electrical construction projects in our Arizona region, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, plans, specifications, and national/local electrical codes, and managing a team of electricians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

This position will be responsible for overseeing all single-family residential electrical construction projects in our Arizona region, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, plans, specifications, and national/local electrical codes, and managing a team of electricians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Duties:
Supervise and coordinate electrical construction projects from start to finish
Manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, including OSHA standards
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards
Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction or related field
Proven experience in supervising electrical projects from conception to completion
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore, SupplyPro, Bolt, etc
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Valid driver's license
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction or related field
