We are seeking a high-performing business leader to join our team as a Regional Director, preferably bilingual in Spanish and English.
This role is ideal for someone who has owned, operated, or led a successful service business and is passionate about mentoring others, driving growth, and helping entrepreneurs build strong companies.
About the Role

This is a remote leadership position responsible for supporting and developing franchise owners across a designated region within the Continental United States.
Regional Directors serve as trusted advisors, coaches, and strategic partners to franchise owners. The role focuses on helping owners grow profitable businesses while maintaining strong operational standards across the network.
You will work closely with franchise owners at every stage of their journeyfrom startup and early development to operational growth and long-term profitability.
Our best Regional Directors are servant leaders who enjoy helping others succeed and who bring real-world experience in building and managing a business.
Who Were Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
  • Experience owning, operating, or managing a growing service-based business
