Job description

Description:

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Head of Partnerships based in Germany.

This is a senior, high-ownership opportunity to drive player acquisition and commercial growth across an assigned market through strategic partnerships.
You will own the regional partnerships strategy and P&L, deciding where investment should go across affiliates, creators, ambassadors, communities, and sponsorships.
The role combines hands-on business development with commercial leadership, requiring you to personally build the most important partnerships while shaping the broader regional ecosystem.
You will be accountable for measurable outcomes including signups, FTDs, NGR, partner costs, and overall return on investment.
As the regional partnership portfolio grows, you will build and lead a team responsible for scaling the partner network and maintaining high performance standards.
You will also act as a key source of market intelligence, advising central teams on competitors, customer behaviour, and regional growth opportunities.
This is an ideal role for a commercially driven iGaming leader who understands local market dynamics and knows how to turn partnerships into sustainable player value.
