Maintenance Technician

Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Sankofa Landing apartment community located in Durham, NC. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.

Requirements:

Candidates must have two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience. HVAC certification and working experience preferred. In addition, the ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.

Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license are required.
