Job Description

Business to Business Customer Service/Inside Sales Support Rep needed for a national leading agriculture group located in Madera.

Duties:

Provide assistance to management, customers and sales team members as needed
Perform data entry duties in regard to customer orders, sales figures and other key data
Coordinate with production team to prepare orders and samples (ship, track, follow up)
Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and related issues
Build and maintain relationships with clients created by sales members

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field, or recent sales support/customer service experience
Proven work experience as an administrative support or relevant role
Experience with ERP software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Working knowledge of customer relationship management and sales practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to work with customers and team members
