RemX Staffing is looking for compassionate and patient Customer Service Representatives. This role will take inbound calls to assist people with scheduling regular meal deliveries.
- Title: Customer Service Rep

- Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626 | ONSITE
- Salary: English $22.00 an hour | Bilingual Spanish/English $23.00 an hour | + $1 shift differential for later shifts
- Start Date: 5/6/24 - APPLY TODAY
- Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM PST and able to work at least 1 weekend day
- Training: Training is 1 week (Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30 PM) and then you'll be taking phone calls!
Responsibilities:
- Assist callers with questions and navigations of health or meal benefits
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
Requirements:
- GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
- 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
- Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
