The HR Generalist III is responsible for supporting the strategic & operational management of activities related to the performance of the human resources function and assists in the in the development and execution of policies, communications, and plays a role in the support of executing Culture at Payroc.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
- Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, managing conflicts and addressing any complaints effectively
- Conduct detailed investigations into workplace issues, ensuring resolutions are fair and consistent
- Company Culture
- Support and enhance initiatives to bolster company culture as part of the Lead for our Culture Club
- Engage in social media monitoring and manage the company's online reputation by crafting appropriate responses
- Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate disputes and facilitate solutions to maintain a harmonious work environment
- Advise management on conflict resolution strategies and promote best practices
- Employee Communication:
- Execute on communication to foster positive employee relations and engagement
- Maintaining/Updating HR’s Confluence Reference Page
- Manage HR’s Confluence Reference Page and conduct regular feedback sessions
- Spearhead internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across all HR-related messages and updates, in coordination with HR leaders
- Draft our Employee Weekly Wrap Newsletter
- Provides Town Hall Support
- Address employee queries promptly via our HR ticketing system
- Execute on communication to foster positive employee relations and engagement
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs globally
- Conduct exit interviews to gather insights on workplace experiences, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating a smooth transition for departing employees
- Helps to develop and deliver training programs on conflict resolution, and other relevant topics
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain confidential records related to employee relations
- Generate reports on employee relations metrics and trends, providing insights to CHRO on patterns
- Assists with HR Projects and miscellaneous tasks as requested
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness within the HR department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or other relevant fields
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification, preferred
- At least three years of experience in HR, with international exposure (UK, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Canada) being a plus.
- Proactive Communication: Demonstrates exceptional ability to initiate and maintain clear, effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Initiative and Leadership: Shows a strong capacity to take charge of new projects, propose innovative solutions, and drive positive changes without extensive direction
- Interpersonal Insight: Skilled in gathering meaningful feedback through sensitive conversations, such as offboarding interviews, and using this information to strengthen HR practices
- Can navigate and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to contribute effectively to HR department
- Professional demeanor, capable of interacting with both junior and senior staff
- Thorough knowledge of updating and maintaining HR databases and secure handling of employee records
