Consider joining our team as a Custodian for Indian Creek Apartments and Townhomes in the Kenwood area of Cincinnati, Ohio.

You offer the following minimum requirements:

• MUST have a Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience and a basic understanding of custodial duties.
• Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and climb numerous flights of stairs.
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position.

This challenging opportunity includes:

• Cleaning hallways, stairs, common areas, elevators, and office spaces.
• Dusting furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Scheduled hours for this position are Tuesday to Saturday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
