About MICRON USA MANAGEMENT, LLC 

We are a commercial property management firm operating a portfolio of retail centers, warehouses, and mixed-use properties across South Florida. 

Our focus is on operational efficiency, tenant retention, and long-term asset performance through a hands-on and detail-driven approach. 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a Commercial Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties. 

This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong organization, follow-up, and coordination with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. 

You will work directly with management to ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities 

Property Operations & Tenant Support 

Serve as a point of contact for tenant requests and service issues  

Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors  

Track and follow up on open work orders until completion  

Assist with tenant onboarding and move-in coordination  

Monitor tenant compliance (insurance certificates, lease obligations, notices)  

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination 

Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance  

Coordinate inspections (roof, HVAC, life safety, etc.)  

Obtain vendor quotes and assist with scope review  

Ensure work is completed properly and documented  

Support ongoing property upkeep programs  

Administrative & Financial Support 

Assist with rent collection tracking and tenant account follow-up  

Process vendor invoices and accounts payable using QuickBooks  

Maintain property records, contracts, and documentation  

Compliance & Property Condition 

Assist with code compliance and municipal requirements  

Coordinate permits, inspections, and renewals  

Qualifications 

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Commercial Property Manager Assistant  (required)  

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (required)  

Excellent communication and follow-up discipline  

Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive  

English & Spanish: Mandatory
