Job Responsibilites

• Understand and Implement insurance sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client propecting to policy delivery)
• Present and demonstrate coverage and protection options
• Review, update and manage daily sales tasks
• Create and exacute strategies for increasing market share, and accoutning rounding
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Retain existing business, and reach monthly sales goals to meet agency standards
• Remain up-to-dateon products, market trands and certifications
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Education and/or Experience

Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
