We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support our HR department to achieve organizational goals and to ensure compliance obligations are met.

Responsibilities:

• General HR support across HRIS, benefits administration, recruitment, performance management and audits
• Maintain ADP WorkForceNow system with accurate employee information during onboarding, offboarding, and off-cycle events
• Provide benefits administration support during open enrollment
• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their questions year-round
• Provide full-cycle recruitment support via job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling
• Liaison with Finance for payroll, PTO and billing issues
• Provide support with performance management and trainings
• Assist with managing compliance processes
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in an administrative role
• Familiar with database systems and common HR applications
• Strong communication skills
