AFMC A1 Command Human Resources Intelligence System SME

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 37 years’ experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical services to Veterans.

Overview: Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep experience supporting Air Force Human Resources and manpower systems to support the AFMC A1 Command Human Resources Intelligence System (CHRIS). CHRIS is the Air Force’s enterprise HR reporting and analytics environment integrating data from DCPDS, MilPDS, MPES, and related systems. We are looking for someone who understands both the technology and the Air Force HR business rules behind the data.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior advisory support for CHRIS sustainment and modernization

  • Support HR data integration and reporting across DCPDS, MilPDS, MPES, etc.

  • Advise on data governance, schema, and reporting logic

  • Support Oracle-based environments (Business Objects, Informatica preferred)

  • Contribute to RMF/FISMA compliance and system accreditation activities

  • Coordinate with AFMC/A1 functional stakeholders

Minimum Required Skills, Education, & Experience:
  • 10+ years supporting Air Force HR, manpower, or personnel systems

  • Direct experience with CHRIS, DCPDS, MilPDS, MPES, or similar AF systems

  • Strong understanding of HR data integration and reporting environments

  • Familiarity with Oracle and BI/reporting tools

  • Experience operating within DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF/FISMA)

Bonus Points: AFMC experience, workforce analytics background, prior Wright-Patt support.

This is a senior-level role for someone who understands how Air Force HR data flows, how it’s governed, and how reporting environments are sustained in production.
