The ServiceNow Developer will enhance and optimize an existing custom ServiceNow application, Contract Intake, which is used for capturing and managing contract-related data. This role focuses on improving the form design, workflows, and integration logic to ensure seamless interaction between ServiceNow and Costpoint through MuleSoft. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders and integration teams to deliver a robust, user-friendly solution that supports contract lifecycle management and financial system integration.

The work:

  • Enhance and configure the existing Contract Intake form in ServiceNow to improve usability and data validation.
  • Develop and update ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract intake and approval processes.
  • Implement and optimize integration between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs.
  • Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ServiceNow and Costpoint for contract and financial records.
  • Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract intake and approvals.
  • Validate integration points and troubleshoot issues with MuleSoft and Costpoint teams.
  • Perform unit and integration testing for enhancements and integrations.
  • Document technical designs and provide knowledge transfer to operations teams.

Here's what you need:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • 4+ years working within the ServiceNow Platform as a developer
  • Experience with API Integration and Automation Scripting
  • Knowledge of Contract Management
  • Experience with MuleSoft Integration Patterns

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
