  • Lead end-to-end deal execution from initial engagement through close
  • Own deal strategy, stakeholder alignment, and overall pursuit execution
  • Partner with account teams to expand footprint where applicable, while prioritizing net new growth
  • Engage senior client stakeholders to align solutions to business outcomes
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and partners to develop competitive solutions
  • Support pricing strategy, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

Required Qualifications (Must Have)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of originating and closing complex deals, typically $5M or greater
  • Experience selling integration, API, automation, or cloud-based solutions
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional deal teams across sales, presales, and delivery

Scope & Impact
  • Annual quota typically aligned to enterprise sales expectations ($5M+ baseline, higher based on level)
  • Focus on enterprise-scale integration, API, automation, and modernization programs
  • Expected to build a qualified pipeline and demonstrate traction within the first 6 months
  • Success is measured by the ability to open new client conversations and progress opportunities

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with iPaaS, API management, or middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
  • Experience selling into or from fintech ecosystems (e.g., open banking, payments, API platforms)
  • Background in financial services, core banking, or payments environments
  • Experience with digital transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Experience in fintech or consulting environments (e.g., Plaid, MX, Backbase, PwC, Accenture, Capgemini)
