We are looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world class products to our customers. In this role, you will assist with graphic and motion design requests from internal clients. Your involvement will encompass a range of design areas, including 2D digital graphics, print graphics, social media posts, photography, and video creation.
Shift available: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (daily on-site attendance is mandatory for this position)
A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:
- a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or similar professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required
In this position, you will:
- efficiently manage multiple projects, adapt to changing requirements, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- be proficient or enthusiastic about self-learning design programs, including Adobe Creative Suite applications, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Miro, and Google Suite.
- have the ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms.
- collaborate with Internal Departments to promote company initiatives.
- assist the Design Team with the design of promotional materials.
- undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
