Your Role: Community Director
As a Community Director, you will manage the sales process, community operations and team management programs at Carmel at Woodcreek West, a 222-home Lewis-owned apartment community, located in Roseville, CA.
What You'll Do
  • Consistent leadership of your Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff, including hiring, motivating, monitoring, and rewarding your team (Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Community Director, Maintenance Technician, and Leasing Consultant).
  • Supervision of sales, leasing, and marketing activities
  • Prepare and analyze budget reports, occupancy reports, and variances.
  • Ensure and promote resident satisfaction through effective follow-through and leadership
  • Utilize company software, including OneSite, MS Office (Word, Excel) and YieldStar

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of property management experience, with a strong supervisory background
  • Proven knowledge of property budgets, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
  • Understanding of landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
  • Skilled in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus
