Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Onsite - Boca Raton, FL

Duration: Full time

Overview:

Our client, a Miami, FL based law firm, is in search of an IT Support Technician to expand their team. This position offers a Direct Hire opportunity and requires someone local to their Miami office for onsite hours. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems for users, computer software and hardware; communicates solutions to end-users
• Provides one on one end-user problem resolution via telephone, email or in person
• Delivers, tags, sets up, and assists in the configurations of end-user PC desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals
• Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware, software, internet, and local-area network access problems
• Coordinates timely repair of PC/laptop computers
• Performs minor desktop/laptop hardware repair
• Assists Network Technicians in creating materials for end-user frequently asked questions (FAQ's)
• Performs other duties as required

1. Applicants should have a minimum of two years' experience as an IT Support Technician.
2. Certifications are preferred with CompTIA A+ a plus
3. Law firm experience preferred
