Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Technician to join a growing IT team in Oklahoma City. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting Microsoft 365, Windows server environments, network infrastructure, and end-user technology across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant environments
  • Provide Windows and Mac workstation support for end users
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server and Hyper-V environments
  • Administer Active Directory (AD DS) and Group Policy (GPO)
  • Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking
  • Configure and support NetGear and Aruba network switches
  • Support Aruba and UniFi wireless environments
  • Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls
  • Install, terminate, and troubleshoot network cabling
  • Configure and maintain NAS storage devices
  • Support printers and multifunction devices (MFPs)
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes
  • Deliver timely technical support while maintaining a high level of customer service

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of IT support, network administration, or infrastructure support experience
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 tenant environments
  • Experience supporting Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Active Directory
  • Experience managing Group Policy (GPO)
  • Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting
  • Experience configuring network switches, wireless networks, and firewalls
  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac workstations
  • Experience supporting printers, NAS devices, and network infrastructure
  • Network cabling and termination experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Preferred:
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications
  • Experience supporting SQL environments
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • MSP or multi-site support experience
