Job description

SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible of technical support, solutions based implementation and IT Troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities include:
* The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for offering Tier One Support for a wide variety of clients.
* The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for traveling between a variety of locations in an attempt to offer high levels of IT Support.
* The IT Support Specialist will offer troubleshooting for software issues and escalate top level IT Support issues.
* The IT Support Specialist will work to develop training systems and be responsible for serving as a lead for documentation.
* The IT Support Specialist should have a minimum of 3 years of IT experience along with strong experience in networking and SaaS applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
