Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Rep will be an integral member of a team that sells and supports our extensive line of LED Grow Lights. The ideal candidate thrives in a quick sales cycle environment and will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Inside Sales Rep should be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with Sr. Sales Representatives, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and discovering new leads.

We have recently expanded our services into the agribusiness industry where our supplier network consists of 27 years’ experience in full spectrum LED grow lights, supported by 300+ engineers, and patented technology.

This position will assist outside sales in growing our business and be their sales support contact within the office. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH, but this person can be located anywhere in the U.S. Electrivo is a part of the Epoch Global family of brands.

Required Skills:
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment with a limited amount of guidance.
- Works well in a team based and small company environment.
- High level communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask.
- Provide high level of customer support with a focus on building relationships with existing and new customers.
- Maintain open communication channels with other departments within the company.
- High level of accuracy.
- Comfortable learning new software tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years inside sales experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (in particular MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Some knowledge of agriculture & lighting will be helpful, but is not required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generates new sales leads through market research and cold calling.
- Supports outside sales staff with setting up meetings and generating quotes.
- Maintains complete knowledge of all products and services, our target industries (customers, trends, etc.), and competitors.
- Updates CRM daily.
- Educates customers on company products.
- Provides basic customer support by telephone (sales focused).
- Generates various sales reports.
- Reports to Sales Manager
Salary range: $40k-50k base plus incentive-based OTE
