Reports to: Marketing and Education Manager

The Sr. Marketing Coordinator for the Marketing Department at SAGE is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing plans. This position will allow for various responsibilities across many aspects of the marketing mix.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with email marketing. This position requires a high level of creativity and experience in B2B marketing. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines—preference for those with a strong portfolio, bachelor's degree, and relevant work experience

Job Responsibilities

− Develop and successfully execute targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to events, webinars, digital advertising, marketing and training videos, email marketing, etc.

− Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data
− Write scripts for marketing videos and work with Video Producer to implement the vision
− Concept and implement successful marketing campaigns
− Work with graphic designers to complete creative marketing projects
− Perform administrative duties such as updating sales applications and other office materials
− Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
− Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a professional atmosphere
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work as both a team player and independently
- Familiarity and demonstrable skill with market research, analytics, and synthesis into a store with actionable output
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
- High Proficiency in computer literacy skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Established organizational and interpersonal relationship skills

- Must maintain reliable, fast internet (25Mbps down / 5Mbps up per person)
